Frequently asked questions
What kind of photos work best for magnets?
Please use high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Bright, clear photos with the main subject in the centre work best. Avoid screenshots or very small, blurry images, as they may print less sharply.
How do I upload my photos?
You upload your pictures directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. If you order several magnets with the same photo, you only need to upload the image once and select the quantity you need.
Will my whole photo be visible on the magnet?
A small part of the edge of your photo is wrapped around the magnet. Please keep important details away from the very edges (faces, text, logos), as they may be slightly cropped.
Do you edit or improve my photos?
No. Your images are printed as you send them. We do not retouch, brighten, or change colours, so please check your picture carefully before ordering.
What size are the magnets?
Our standard magnets are approx. 64 × 64 mm, with a glossy finish and a strong magnet backing – perfect for fridges and magnetic boards.
How long does production take?
Your order is usually produced within 1–3 working days after we receive your payment and files. During very busy times (e.g. Christmas), it may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take and where do you ship?
We ship from Reinach, Switzerland:
- Within Switzerland: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
- EU countries: usually 4–10 working days, depending on the postal service in your country
Please note: delivery times are estimates and can vary.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders shipped outside Switzerland, your local customs office may charge taxes or fees. These costs are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) and TWINT (for Switzerland), depending on what you select at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my magnets?
Because our magnets are custom-made with your photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or made a mistake in the image or text.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our side, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will find a solution.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. We are happy to create magnets for events, schools, clubs, and companies. Please contact us with your idea (quantity, deadline, and any designs) and we’ll send you a personalised quote.
Can you create designs for me (quotes, pets, etc.)?
Yes. In addition to photo magnets, we also offer designed magnets (e.g. quotes, pet themes, gifts). If you have a specific idea in mind, send us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.
